It is REALLY, REALLY, REALLY bad and it's going to take all my effort to turn this thing around. I do have the 1.02 pick so I may have something to build on. I actually think the Defense isn't too bad. You'll have a hell of a time on the other side of the ball, however.

I would trade every single halfway valuable player on your teams and trade them for draft picks in 2015 and build from there.  Make your team as bad as possible by trading away ALL your talent for draft picks. Get the 1.01.  You should be able to compete as early as 2015.  The mistake a lot of people make in rebuilds is that they try to hold onto their core.  Fuck that.  Trade them all away.  All.  Of.  Them.  The list of halfway valuable players includes:

That's about as bad as a wet possum in a pillow case.
I thought my rebuild in another league was bad! But I have one draft pick this year, 4th round. Bleak future.

Yeah its my first rebuild ever so I'm kinda nervous and excited. Not sure how I will do but it's worth a shot   

I think it is a decent idea to trade everyone away for draft picks, but I wouldn't do it if I were you. I would think there is enough of a base there to build around. I would assume you would have a chance to build in free agency and the draft. Are there any solid FAs out there?

Oh yeah there is solid players out there in free agency!! More on defense than offense so I am considering drafting offense with my 1st 3 draft picks and picking up defensive help. Players available on Defense are: Trevathan, Tuck(5 points a sack in this league), Earl Thomas, Worrilow(WTF!?!?!), Michael Mitchell, Worlids, Lamarr Houston, Hawthorne, Woodyard, Cameron Heyward, Justin Smith to name a few and all have better scores than most players on my team do. So I am going to feel like a kid in a candy store when free agency opens

Yeah I was going to take the Texans team but I wanted the challenge of taking over the Jags team. It needs a lot of help and I think I am up for the task
