Hello Gridiron Tavern! I am Shawn, and I am the Commissioner of this extremely fine establishment. I am eager to continue running this league for many years to come.

My team here is the Centennial Screaming Eagles, and that name came from my personal experience of serving four years in the 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles. I am extremely proud of my time served, and I have dedicated my fantasy football team name to it.

(2) Why you have interest in joining this league.
Here I would tell you why I have interest in joining this league, but since I am a part of it already, I will leave that up to you to decide why you would want to be here.

(3) What fantasy football experience you have.
I have been playing fantasy football since 2005 and I have enjoyed every single season. I began in your typical redraft league, but over time, I kept finding that I needed more. I moved from offense only leagues into IDP leagues, and eventually into Dynasty leagues, which are the only way to go. Through that time, I have learned a lot in fantasy football, including how to run a league properly, and what expectations should you expect in a league like this one. I started this league in 2011 and we have been changing from the very beginning in pursuit of the very best possible fantasy football league. The Gridiron Tavern began as a 12 team IDP league, and is now turning into a 14 teamer in 2014, and 16 teams in 2015. Once we get into that 2015, I believe we will have the very best fantasy football league around.

(4) How many posts do you expect to have each week and why.
I am currently averaging 27 posts a week. That may seem pretty excessive, but there are a lot of items that a Commissioner needs to post about that the average poster does not. I love fantasy football chatter, and especially hearing it from a group of league members like this one. A lot of forums out there have a ton of members that don't have a filter when they post. It is nice to be a part of a great group of guys like this that have nothing but the most respect for each other.

(5) Anything else you would like to add in order for us to get to know you better.
I love the NFL and fantasy football. This is my favorite pass time and it is a pleasure Commissioning this league. On a personal level, I have an amazing wife and daughter and cannot believe they put up with me every day. We live in Denver Colorado, which I believe is the best place a person can choose to live. And it isn't just because the Broncos are bad ass either.   

I have left this description about myself fairly brief, but I did want to put one here so everyone has an example of what their post should look like. I am hoping to find owners that can make a post similar to this one, if not better. Good luck, and we can't wait to meet you!
